Tracking down the deadbeats.
Decades of failed federal policies are responsible for doubling the child poverty rate as the governments pocket the child support paid to our most vulnerable children, often illegally. Broken by corruption.
I am not now nor have I even been in arrears in child support.
Today I again requested from the American collection agency, FMEP, how the child support escaped from their clutches and into the pocket of a legal aid lawyer.
The challenge is bad government.
I have been naming names attached to criminal activities for quite awhile and yet no one cease and desist. How guilty can you be if all you can do is pretend "no one did anything wrong".
The no response concern about doubling the child poverty rate, government corruption or private companies benefiting from unlawful activity of a government agent are outlined.
I am not an anarchist.
Although I have expressed the possibility doubling the child poverty rate in a decade will have extremely serious consequences, including the very real chance of government toppling due to the fact the government always had care and control, including full knowledge of the most likely outcome.

This grassroots democracy system would be even better suited to the provincial level with a few increases made to unions and first nations. Not an anarchist. Not against good governance.
We need bigger change at the federal level than a change of political parties which left western separation as the only option to a nominated fed. Although BC would be very successful even without Alberta and it's toxin moving pipeline the west uniting or BC going it alone the required outcome remains the same. Fix Ottawa or end it, program 2000.

ReplyDeleteThe question was, " how did the child support you had your clutches on wind up in a legal aid lawyers pocket?" You had a lien on the property of which my half was pledged to any child support payments I might miss while out of the work force with cancer. btw when you started your poison pen campaign I had gone through treatments and surgery just a few months before and still had only a 50 50 chance. The protocol under BC law states you must make an effort to resolve with me any unresolved payments. You failed to uphold the law in your haste to grab what you could by not making any effort even though I still lived at the same address with the same phone number... You followed that by profiting off BC government corruption and through most of the last years have ignored my direct question. Where is the documentation you authorized to release the obligations of the lien. Either you screwed up or you are hiding another illegal act. Sufficient to say with your track record you obvious avoidance of producing your record of events is to hide more illegalities and now you have me choosing between rent or food. Take note you will not ever put me on my knees regardless of how corrupt or illegal your actions.
International investors have a thing about corruption and as your parent company has full knowledge of your actions but have also allowed themselves to profit by government corruption Maximus stock has taken a hit. I think its only a matter of time,,, and dollars before head office decides to try making a profit legally. You know where that leaves you if you don't voluntarily send me the documented release forms.

I'm still waiting for the documentation that allowed the child support to slip from your clutches into a legal aid lawyers pocket.
What do I need for you to release my file you have to me?

Dear Robert Joseph Smith,
As the FMEP never had any authority or involvement with any legal aid lawyer on this file, we would not have access to this lawyer's records.
For information on your file with the FMEP, you would need to write to the Director of Maintenance Enforcement requesting information under a Freedom of Information Request.

My prediction the Canadian government would rather point fingers after the results of their failed policies exposes the truth has the lead.
ReplyDeleteRecently the party faithful had concerns about the governments stance on the traditional family. Even though no speeches by the PM or any party info mentions the traditional family the PM assured full support. The sum total of the economic plan is a pipeline and just now the PM lied to a group business group over being asked for help in Iraq.
Program 2000 continues to grow inserting itself in upper level operating systems and under that, well you never know government might decide to face up to the truth.
The rules are simple and self enforcing
Actions not words are needed to resolve doubling the child poverty rate in a decade.
Run Program 2000 until actions outlined above resolve the issues.

ReplyDeleteI think it might be finally getting through they are committing a criminal offense.
They are a private company and not a government agency. Even though their parent company is American they must obey the laws of this country just like any other collection agency. They are fully aware they are continuing collections fraudulently as their client confirmed she had received the full amount held by FMEP, the full amount of child support confirmed by their client. The only difference their criminal activity is protected by the government because they also profit.
No response is the only answer I expect from the preps and as they are protected by government, including the no response from the police even with the documents.
No response to doubling the child poverty rate in a decade has only one ally, Program 2000.

ReplyDeleteThe same time the feds announced child support was #1 to the children of divorce the courts took sole custody to historic highs all when our shared parenting group had a few voices in government. It was right after the federal minister of justice said she would travel the country to personally instruct the family court to follow the recommendations of the justice committee to move away from sole custody. They lied and the result is doubling the child poverty rate in a decade.
The divorce act was crafted and implemented not for the best interests of the child but to generate maximum revenue.
It all comes down to the governments haul of easy cash. If child support was the most important thing to a child of divorce they would give it to all of them, not withholding hundreds of millions to fund other projects. Child support is for the government and the courts pumped sole custody to increase the governments cut to the tens of millions ever year. It's a scam and the deadbeat is the government and they are addicted to the easily manufactured cash flow.
Child support and the best interests of the child has for decades been nothing but a scam to hide another tax, this time on the children.
Get over your gender stupidity and wrap your head around the facts and you will have the reason shared parenting has been a political non-starter for all political parties for the last 2 decades.
The idiots seem to have held the stage and nothing has changed. How many more children will be forced to grow up in poverty because the timid cant believe any government would be so corrupt, yet you all complain about gender bias (corrupt) courts or corrupt government agencies but refuse to look to the top of the food chain.
If ya'll had any sense of justice you would front page the worst country worldwide with British Columbia the worst of the worst. They intentionally doubled the child poverty rate while you folks spent the decade whining about how your ex spends the support money. If a corrupt court was too much to wrap your head around how about your northern deadbeat government neighbor using sole custody to generate a hidden tax.
There are a lot of people that should be in handcuffs and they are all government politicians but I expect sites like this will continue the gotcha stuff, cowards, I'm done with the lot of you.

Should read the right to fraudulently collect.
Your #1 priority is the collection of child support. As I currently understand the situation you released the funds from the sale of the property instead of paying the child support owing. I simply want the documentation that prompted you to make that decision in direct conflict with your mandate. As years and 2 hunger strikes and multiple complaints to government etc have failed to produce the answer I'll ask you nice.
Please supply me with the documentation that caused you to take such a radical departure from your mandate of priority one, collection and payment of child support.
