I posted this to FB, it's self explanatory. Keep an open mind to the lawless behavior and not a ya right.
I am not now nor have I ever been in arrears in child support. The reason you were unfriended was the 'ya right' look I got for saying that.
A lawyer notified FMEP with the document posted below that shows FMEP knew the child support was paid because they released the lien on the property they held to ensure the child support was paid.
Further the court order lists child support first as priority 1 under supreme court rules and is backed up by the draft final report on children "child support is the most important thing to a child of divorce" yet the legal aid lawyer got full rate ahead of the children getting the funds. odd? naw, theft.
btw at the time this was sent I had a 4 rubber tubes sticking out of my belly and an 8 inch row of stitches,and 2.5 months left on a catheter with a 50 50 chance, yet FMEP illegally started a poison pen campaign that took away my right to work.
The support they say I'm arrears in was not only paid but due to a life threatening cancer that took me out of the work force for 2 years,,, I had even paid it voluntarily.

To Be Clear.
You have full knowledge and have failed to take any action whatsoever on the following.
A Chilliwack lawyer, Thornton, manipulated, lied and stole the child support which is the sole and obvious motive.
The police, RCMP, and the courts, Judge Grist, ignored the multiple assaults reported by the children while Thornton told the courts is was all a put on be me, a lie that protected his ability to pocket the child support.
Justice Baker held a kangaroo court that allowed Thornton to steal the child support. The AG and previous AG's have full knowledge that FMEP, a for profit private collection company is committing fraud and have profited from falsified government documents and other illegal actions.
If any of you have any reason, no matter how small, now would be the time to convince the international community the whole system isn't just as rampantly corrupt as the massive amount involved just to allow one lawyer pocket my children's child support...

BC calmed down and ended child support claw backs and the criminals paid attention. Not to the record child poverty but to how vulnerable they are.
ReplyDeleteWhen Allen Rock was appointed minister of industry I was using voxpopuli@canada.com make the child of divorce an election issue, lol my email quit functioning that morning. It was the foreshadowing event that lead to the claw back confrontation. This first defensive move was followed by spammers taking over our web site after a decade. Several lesser more pf a personal nature followed and I expect more so I just keep brining the conversation back to corruption.
BC ending CS claw backs is still in the common sense file, more should come to support that, I've suggested hand cuffs as quick and simple. Perhaps when they calm down and start looking at the facts, and not how to shut this blog down, the atypical corruption that is currently concerned about its vulnerability will have reality set in.
The legal aid lawyer Thornton that committed perjury to white wash the assaults enabling the theft of my children's child support is only one set and if it were not for the protection of the BC Law Society he would already have been facing the criminal charges.
Ending child support claw backs, Thornton in cuffs, BC is getting close to lifting its head out of the mud to take a breath. Disbanding the BC Law Society for ignoring rampant criminal activity by its members would definitely get global notice, well one crack at a time.

ReplyDeleteNo mention in any federal campaign of doubling the child poverty rate in a decade. Someone can't wean themselves off the kiddies.
I've received 2 warning letters from revcan, probably not good news at the end of the month however I've got a ripper to publish after Oct. 19.
Seems I've caused enough interest by exposing the corruption I've got a new admirer in the blanket business. There isn't one big enough to cover their asses which I pointed out although I think we had a connection. Most people don't like me until they get to know me, then they like me even less.
